Though the scent from the male was that of something the Devil was all too familiar with, he paid no mind to it and instead chose not to get distracted by it. ‘Little creature’. The words made him growl lowly, but he shrugged it off, leaning against one of the decaying, paint chipping walls as his black eyes stayed locked onto the figure. By now, he probably would’ve spilled someones brains out on the ground, but he really wasn’t in the mood. Unless provoked. So he figured he’d play along.

“Ah, you catch on fast. You don’t seem as stupid as you look.” Folding his arms over his chest he gave the male a one-over before he to averted his gaze. “I think if I was to put up a sign saying ‘Devils Din’ or ‘Satan’s Sanctuary’, or even ‘Hell sweet Hell’, people or other morsels like yourself will be drawn here more than they already are. Letting their curiosity get the best of them.. some so unfortunate, to say the least.”

His black, glassy eyes snapped back onto the male with the same scowl as before plastered on his face. “I’m choosing to blame those and their moronic curious minds. How does the saying go.. hm..” he tapped his chin in thought before a silent ‘ah’ left his lips, now pointing his index finger at the other, “Curiosity killed the cat.”

Still eyeing the other he snorts in wry amusement, tipping his head backwards for a split second. “Stupid?" He then uttered as his head returned to it’s previous position, raven strands disturbing his line of vision. "I’ll take that as a compliment, deer. " Taps his fingers against his slightly pursed bottom lip, cigarette still tucked in nicely between two fingers, brought to soft tires as the immortal takes another drag, soon flipping the item to the floor, stepping out it to put it out properly. "You do whatever you wish, but what you just described sounds idiotic. Seemingly, you are stupider than you look." He uttered with a shrug.

"Curiosity killed the cat hm? That is indeed a good saying, but I’m sure I won’t die here, not today." Averting his gaze to the side for a moment, he tucks his fingers into his pockets, rolling on the balls of his heels. "So would you be an angel and stop speaking as if you’re above me? Because you’re not." He grinned as he tipped his head to the side, gazing at the male once again, green eyes gleaming with bold maliciousness.
